If at any time you have any problems, please email info@worldwidebrands.com and let them know and our researchers will investigate and update the listings (even remove them if needed). It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks for a supplier to return your inquiry about an account. Some suppliers are large and have a larger process in place to setup accounts and other companies are smaller, so everyone must wait their turn. Suppliers are in the business of moving product as fast as they can. The majority don't have a customer service staff that is constantly on the phones helping sellers. We always recommend to sellers to apply for an account through the recommended method first. If you do not get a response within 3-4 business days and cannot get a good response via email, then try phoning them to ask your questions. The holiday season is also the busiest time of year for suppliers because there are many orders to be filled in a very short time frame, so expect longer delays in communications during this time of year. If you continue to have difficulties though, please send us the company name that you are trying to contact, and we will be happy to contact them to make sure that they aren’t having any issues.
