It was neat to hear how others got started in their businesses. Would have like to have read all the histories. When I was writing mine, it was like an out of body experience. Yes, I have accomplished many things, but to see it on paper was like disbelief. (I did all of this???) To put our history on paper brought a new dimension of a meaning “evaluation” of the business and where we are going with it. It helps to have someone like Janelle go over them and to hear her comments. This also helped me.

We are certainly the beneficiaries of getting to see how others approached the purpose and history leading up to their businesses. We feel like we are in excellent company. It just adds a feeling of growing momentum to our desire to complete the sections of the RMTS.

Janelle, I found this session to be incredibly helpful! I had my Road Map document open, and as you were giving advice to the attendees on how to improve the sections you covered, I would go back and fill in additional information in my Road Map.
