Janelle could not express enough how eBay stores newsletters have strict guidelines on what can and can’t be done with your customers. I was kicking myself, during this class, for not setting up an opportunity for my previous customers to come back to me when they wanted to! Moving forward, I now have that void filled and are one step closer in making my newsletters more profitable!
