Janelle takes the fee changes and puts them into a format that is easy to understand. She gives us a timeline of events to help us see the effective dates when these changes will take effect.
As always, Janelle not only speaks about the changes but helps us to understand why the changes are important and how to implement them into our businesses. We should now take the information and make it work FOR us to our best advantage.
We learn the similarities and/or differences of Amazon and eBay fees and listing options. After listening to Janelle’s class, seller’s should be able to make a much more informed decision on how they need to run their business to make the most profit even with the changes in fee structure.

As always, you’ve taken subject matter that can be intimidating and confusing and broken it down to the nuts and bolts of what we need to know, especially going into the Holiday season on eBay. This was a very helpful webinar. I couldn’t have figured this out on my own, especially deciding if something should go into fixed price or auction listing now. And with the new changes and no cost to list a car for sale, I think I’ll start selling cars!

Thanks for clarifying Fixed Price insert fees, which had always confused me as a strategy since I have “fixed buy it now” prices in my eBay Store. I will give it a try.

LOTS of Information! I’m onto part II and hopefully this will start to make sense. As a seller of collectibles I will really need to think this through and see how best to manage my inventory.
