Jennifer is such a delight, I can relate to her comment regarding her family and her business, that “the biggest thing they had to come to terms with was the fact that even though I’m home, I’m working.”
I love her positive attitude and the fact that “roadblocks become a challenge”.
And how she uses her skill at handwriting analysis to deal with customers - that was very insightful!

Very enjoyable and educational listen, a meeting of the minds, between Jennifer and Janelle! Enjoyed hearing how Jennifer took her success from point A to point B and beyond. Lots of insightful tidbits we can all take away to apply to our own business plans. As with any success story, it is ever-evolving and ever-changing as the ebay and on-line world changes. Very proud of Jennifer for “hanging in” there through the many evoluations of ebay’s gun policies. She truly takes the “never give up” theory to the next level as they dealt with ebay’s many new policies that related to their business.
Never heard of the Google “questions” that Jennifer mentions, so will definitely be looking into that as it may pertain to our business.
You definitely get our 5 stars for great podcast and success information! Thanks!

If you have a business that provides a service then this is the podcast for you. Jennifer does, of course, sell things on eBay as most of us do but she also uses eBay very effectively to market a service business that is run by her husband. Listen to the cast to get the scoop!
I also took a lot away from some of the various pieces of software that she recommended. I’ll be looking at a couple of those more closely.
