   Fabulous interview and discussion. You can just “feel” their passion! Their delineation of duties and interations (although long-distance most of the time) certainly reflects the experience Jim and I have had being partners in our business. Having a partner to bounce ideas off and hear the opinions, (good and bad) can make all the difference in your success. Their ideals of honesty and openess with each other are as important in a business as in a personal relationship.

   Bryan and Nathan take us from the beginning of meeting Janelle as an instructer at eBay Live (love the comment about so many notes, I can relate!) They took a passion they have in aviation and turned it into a ‘Silver PowerSeller’ eBay business. What a great niche they created. They found a need for this type product and certainly are meeting that need.
   Their excitement, passion and dedication for their business carries over in this interview.
   I really love the strategy of ’selling ourselves as opposed to selling a product’, ‘people not only buy our products, they buy our service’. It is easy to see these two sellers are customer service oriented in their business.
   I really love to see them as part of our OSI Rock Star group. They bring alot of selling and service experience to our group.
