We all can get caught up in our own listings and sometimes, (unbeknownst to us) wear blinders when we create them.    Carol Hearn is always one of my favorites! I truly wished I could’ve been on the call to have her look at one of my listings. However, I did pick up some great ideas for my listings just by following along with the podcast.

   First thing, no more CAPS for me! I stopped using them awhile back, but still have some old listings that I am changing! This class along with Janelle’s key word training has really helped me to clean up some old store inventory. I’ve actually had some sell this week due to the cleanup!

   I absolutely love her idea of adding custom pages to provide potential customers information. This not only helps the customers but will help drive traffic into your store through SEO.

    this was my very first class I chose to listen to since joining OSI Rock stars…..even after 10 years on eBay I’m amazed at how much I still have to learn and took lots of notes to implement things in my own eBay store and listings! Thanks!
