Tim, as a fellow Estate Sale fiend - egads, used to sleep in my car out front the night before! - I really relate to you. You put into words all of the things I would have said myself.

Tim is a very bubbly, infectious kind of guy that you can’t help but giggle at when you listen. His ideas for self-education surprised me, making me think “Why didn’t I think of that?!?”
I kept his advice in mind this very weekend when attending an estate sale, and got there early and still ended up waiting in line! I am kicking myself after watching things walk out the door past me as people exited and knowing that Tim meant what he said about REALLY getting there early - not just 15 minutes!
