   I’m not quite sure how I’ve missed listening to this webinar, especially since one of my questions was used - sorry about that, Janelle. But thanks so much for the answer, and I have finally submitted to Janelle’s advice about feedback!! I know I am a hard sell at times -

   So much other helpful advice and information ~ I really think I am going to look more in to redirecting my website into my store - I do have links from the website that do that but it is taking a lot of my time to try to keep up an eBay store and website (the website mostly suffers). I really benefit from Janelle’s advice to keep looking at the time we are spending to see if it is successful.

   The “Buy It Now” segment was informative as well. I use that a good bit, but I take the opportunity to market my newsletter with it ~ I usually conteroffer with the following statement ~

   “Thanks so much for your interest & offer ~ I can come down a little and you can save $2 more on shipping by signing up for the email newsletter in my eBay store under “Shipping Discount!”"

   It has brought in several subscribers - by now, I know the statement by heart so it doesn’t take very long to type it but I have a WORD document saved with many things that I just cut and paste (will probably get my assistant, aka “daugther-in-law,” to do this at some point for me.)

   Thanks again for keeping us on that right path, Janelle - I really appreciate the time you take to answer our questions with integrity and honesty.
