I’ve learned alot about eBay’s history but this podcast with Jill was a first-hand look at how eBay has developed and grown.
Great tips! Thanks for reminding us that it’s important to find out what our buyers want, not what we think they should have; the importance of anticipating problems & quickly putting tools in place to address them and how to identify and grow ‘niches.’

Such a stong and knowledgeable interview. I really enjoy Jill’s clear and concise way of speaking about her journey to where she is today. Some of the trials and tribulations of starting out in eCommerce.
Lots of tips and info to help you focus your energy to becoming successful, take it ‘one step at a time’. Learning all you can to help your startup to be as smooth as possible. Also, don’t be afraid to ‘ask your buyer’ what they want, understanding their needs.
The Green Dimes concept is something everyone can use! I really enjoyed the website and the giving back approach to selling.
