Such fun to be on another of Janelle and Tim’s great webinars. Great interacting with the other members of the OSI Rockstars community! Listening to Tim is always enlightening. He is so kind to share his knowledge as are the other members of the community, as we each “go forth” in our search for those “home runs”.
Have posted the two items we are hoping to be home runs that were discussed on the show and Janelle has a link to them in her newsletter. Always hoping for a find that goes “out of the ballpark”!

Another GRAND SLAM!! This just keeps you on the edge of your seat, hearing about these great finds. I found the advice Tim gave about “Buyer’s Remorse” to be very comforting. I had the same thing happen this week with a used set of tennis racquets. My husband and I thought they were the exact same racquets, just with different scratches, etc. Once the buyer received these, he stated that they were made in different countries. I offered the full refund and he accepted it graciously. Of course, I didn’t quite lose the amount that Tim did!!! Tim, thanks for continuing to urge us to take “the high road” and remember how the other person feels. Great advice.

Thanks for a great show - it was really eye-opening. I had passed over listening to this one before, since estate-selling is not in my normal “business plan”. But I guess it is like watching that antique show on PBS - you can’t help but dream about your next big find after hearing some of these deals.
I have a friend who handles estate sales here in Texas, and I will have to make connections with him to score some of my own future home runs!
