It's time to change your perception of running an online business - people can teach you how to list, market online, buy AdWords, and do the social stuff...but I'm ready to tackle what no one is willing to do...ONLINE relationship marketing. eBay taught us all to Platform Pitch...and I am willing to make the bold statement that that will NOT sustain an online business (nor a real world one for that matter). This will be a hard class - more from my end because this is a very new concept to many people and there will be resistance to this idea...I'm ok with that.
